Hola! I’m Cristina, a certified Yoga and Pilates teacher specialising in mindful movement, mobility, and alignment. My classes are creative, fun, and suitable for all levels, focused on helping you feel good, move with intention, and enjoy every session. I emphasise posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness while keeping the practice engaging. Outside the studio, I love exploring nature, music, holistic wellness, and the mystical, bringing curiosity and balance into everything I teach.

For me, there is no greater joy than motivating people to lead a healthy lifestyle; fitness is truly the best natural drug in the world, and I want everyone to experience its benefits. I was a Semi-professional footballer and the joy of team training is something I'll always cherish. I understand that exercising is never easy, which is why I'm committed to making it fun and engaging. My goal is to infuse every workout with enthusiasm, passion, and positive energy, ensuring you feel empowered and motivated. As an FA badge holder coaching at Leyton Orient’s Academy, I bring professional expertise, discipline, and passion to every session. My mission is to help you maximise your potential, improve performance, and achieve real, sustainable fitness results.
